If you want to make unique Babka, try this!
It’s Veggie Cake, fluffy and oil reduced. Definitely healthy!
If you like tasty cake but mind calorie, this is perfect 🙂
5 medium eggs (separated),
100 g sugar
140 g flour
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
20 cc Vegetable Oil
20 cc Milk
2 blocks of Frozen spinach
25 g pistachio (no shelled)
・Preheat oven to 165 ℃.
・Brush the mold with oil.
・Place defrosted spinach and milk in the blender. Blend it until smooth.
1. In a mixing bowl beat egg whites.
add half amount of sugar (50 g) divided into 2-3 times
Beat until stiff. Set aside.
2. In the other mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with remaining sugar.
When it becomes whitish, add oil and mix.
3. Pour the blended spinach and pistachios.
4. Add flour and combine.
5. Pour gradually over egg whites (1) into 4, folding in with rubber spatula. Do not stir.
6. Pour it into the mold
7. Bake for 30- 35 minutes
